MileStone Academy Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Gail P. Roth, Esq. has joined the school’s Board of Trustees. Roth strongly believes in MileStone’s mission to bring educational opportunities to students who learn differently. She is the parent of a dyslexic child whose life was changed and enriched by attending school with other bright, capable students who learn in a multitude of styles often overlooked in other settings. A lawyer for more than 30 years, Roth has represented clients in family matters, personal injury, estate planning, business and real estate transactions. The first week was a great success with the blending of our new students and staff into our community. We spent the week getting to know each other evaluating student skills with traditional testing and the unusual like games of Jenga and a scavenger hunt. We capped the week by creating goals for the students to achieve this year.
