MileStone Academy’s Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Director of Education, Paige Schweitzer, an educator with over 20 years of experience in Baltimore County, Maryland, where she had extensive experience in teaching students with special education needs. She also served as chair of the English department in a large magnet school created for students with learning differences who are talented in specific areas of arts and technology. MileStone Academy Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Gail P. Roth, Esq. has joined the school’s Board of Trustees. Roth strongly believes in MileStone’s mission to bring educational opportunities to students who learn differently. She is the parent of a dyslexic child whose life was changed and enriched by attending school with other bright, capable students who learn in a multitude of styles often overlooked in other settings.
