PH and Water Filtration Lab

Our MileStone students did a great job with these science projects with Ms. Sheila Appel! First, under the guidance of Ms. Appel and visiting teacher Era Smith, students had a wonderful experience filtering dirty water. This activity followed the Environmental Science unit on water pollution. It stimulated what happens with groundwater and aquifers.

Then, MileStone students are tapping into Environmental Science Students. They are learning how to take pH level in order to check acid rain levels and how it impacts our environment.
