Student Life at MileStone Academy High School (MSA) consists of essential services supporting our students and helping them get the most out of their time here.
High school is stressful. Extracurricular activities have proven to help students improve their academic performance, explore new activities, boost self-esteem and teach essential life skills.
Below we explore some of the opportunities and policies that nurture MileStone’s student experience.

What is it like to be a student at MSA?
We encourage a safe, educational space. Our small classes help students discover strategies to enhance their learning.

Do you have a dress code?
Yes, we have a dress code. However, students are not required to wear a uniform.

How often are classes?
Classes and lunch breaks are 45 minutes.

What is the student academic schedule?
MileStone’s school year begins the first Monday each September and ends the second Friday in June.

Does MSA have student organizations?
Yes! We offer student clubs and organizations such as, student council, yearbook committee, MAP, STEM, cooking, and foreign languages.

Is there support for post-graduates?
There are four main destinations high school students should consider: apprenticeship, college, university, and/or job readiness. Each of these pathways supplies valuable skills and experience that will be required in the future job market.
