Referral and Resources Agreement and Terms

Thank you for your interest in becoming an official referral and resource to MileStone Academy’s community and families.

This is an agreement between your organization and MileStone Academy. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms outlined within, you should not continue accordingly.

Non-Discrimination Policy

MileStone Academy and its community partners do not discriminate based on race, color, sex, religion, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, veteran’s status, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or other protected classification under federal, state, or local law in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, other school-administered programs, or employment conditions or practices.

Violation

If you violate the terms of this agreement, we may suspend or remove your information from our referral list and/or website.
